Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,955.68 points, marking a decrease of 7.55 points below the previous closing. This decline was primarily driven by downturns in the communication services sector, the financial sector, and the material sector.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Bahrain Islamic Index showed a slight increase, closing at 921.76 points, which represents an increase of 0.15 points from its previous closing. The trading results revealed that 113 equity transactions occurred with a trading volume of 1,390,942 shares, amounting to BD 402,283 in total value.
Investors showed significant interest in the financial sector, which accounted for 55.83% of the total value of securities traded. These trading patterns reflect the ongoing dynamics within Bahrain's financial markets.
