Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 2,030.77 points, marking an increase of 0.73 points above the previous closing. This rise was driven by gains in the financials sector and the industrials sector.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Bahrain Islamic Index, however, saw a decrease, closing at 975.67 points, marking a decline of 1.07 points from the previous closing. The trading session reflected active participation with 115 equity transactions recorded. The volume of transactions reached 2,759,643, amounting to BD 842,297 in value.
Investors showed a preference for the financials sector, which constituted 36.80% of the total value of securities traded during this session.
