Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,902.43 points, marking an increase of 0.66 points above the previous closing. This uptick was attributed to gains in the communication services, industrial, and materials sectors.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Bahrain Islamic Index closed at 783.39 points, reflecting a decrease of 2.92 points from the prior closing. The trading session saw 85 equity transactions with a volume of 1,045,498, amounting to BD 434,452.
Investors predominantly engaged in the material sector, which accounted for 37.85% of the total value of securities traded.
