Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,966.15 points, marking a decrease of 2.01 points below the previous closing. This decline was attributed to the drop in the Financial Sector and the Real Estate Sector.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Bahrain Islamic Index also saw a decrease, closing at 943.84 points, which is 1.93 points below the previous closing. The day's results showed that 92 equity transactions took place with a total volume of 1,662,949, amounting to a value of BD 524,746.
Investors predominantly focused on the Financial Sector, which accounted for 51.74% of the total value of securities traded.
