Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,936.42 points, marking an increase of 3.27 points above the previous closing. This increase was due to the rise in the financial sector.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Bahrain Islamic Index also showed improvement, closing at 887.94 points with an increase of 10.80 points from the previous closing. Results indicated that 95 equity transactions took place with a volume of 4,354,784, totaling BD 1,054,535 in value.
Investors focused primarily on the financial sector, which accounted for 40.78% of the total value of securities traded.
