Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 2,031.98 points, marking an increase of 10.37 points above the previous closing. This increase was due to the rise in the financial sector and the material sector. According to Bahrain News Agency, Bahrain Islamic Index has closed at 791.94 points, marking an increase of 0.98 points above the previous closing. Results indicated that 39 equity transactions took place with a volume of 1,293,831 worth BD 1,254,885. Investors traded mainly in the material sector representing 93.46% of the total value of securities traded.
