Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,933.53 points, marking a decrease of 1.15 points below the previous closing. This decrease was attributed to a drop in the communication service sector, the financial sector, and the consumer staple sector. Bahrain Islamic Index also recorded a downturn, closing at 860.90 points, which is a decrease of 1.48 points from the previous closing.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the market witnessed 70 equity transactions with a volume of 899,065, valued at BD 395,778. Investors predominantly traded within the financial sector, which accounted for 52.74% of the total value of securities traded.
