Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,960.23 points, marking an increase of 1.54 points above the previous closing. This increase was due to the rise in the communication services sector, the industrial sector, the material sector, and the real estate sector.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Bahrain Islamic Index has closed at 815.91 points, marking an increase of 4.34 points above the previous closing. Results indicated that 97 equity transactions took place with a volume of 2,763,428 worth BD 514,081.
Investors traded mainly in the financial sector, representing 49.91% of the total value of securities traded.
