President of the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (BACA), Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa, today received the Bahraini Ambassador to the UAE, Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, with whom she discussed ways to enhance cultural cooperation between the two brotherly countries.
Shaikha Mai stressed the importance of ambassadors’ diplomatic work in strengthening relations between the kingdom and other countries, lauding the role played by Ambassador Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa in developing the Bahraini-UAE cultural relations.
BACA President briefed the ambassador about the latest developments regarding the Bahrain national pavilion at Expo Dubai 2020, and BACA’s preparations to open it in early October.
The envoy expressed thanks to Shaikha Mai for her efforts to promote the kingdom’s cultural image, affirming his constant support for BACA’s projects and programmes, as well as for the kingdom’s participation in Expo Dubai 2020.
