Manama:Dr. Shaikh Abdullah bin Rashid Al Khalifa, Ambassador to Mexico, participated in the North Capital Forum organized by the US-Mexico Foundation, which included representatives from Mexico, the United States, and Canada. The forum focused on enhancing economic cooperation and the resilience of supply chains.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Ambassador emphasized Bahrain's economic diversification strategy under Bahrain Vision 2030, which aims to foster sustainable international partnerships. He pointed out the potential to expand trade and investment between Bahrain and Mexico, especially in the manufacturing sector, and noted Bahrain's position as a gateway for Mexican companies to access GCC and Middle Eastern markets.
Dr. Shaikh Abdullah bin Rashid also shared insights into Bahrain's experience in developing human capital and the importance of collaboration among government entities, industry, and educational institutions to address the changing needs of the labor market.
