Brussels: Ambassador Dr. Mohammed Ali Behzad, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the Kingdom of Belgium and Head of its Mission to the European Union, received Marta Lorenzo Rodriguez, Director of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) office in Brussels. The meeting focused on several topics of mutual interest, primarily concerning the humanitarian efforts aimed at supporting the Palestinian people.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Ambassador Behzad expressed the Kingdom of Bahrain's support for the humanitarian role played by UNRWA. He emphasized Bahrain's commitment to backing international efforts that aim to alleviate human suffering and promote stability in the region.
