AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation Chairperson Meets Ahlia University Leaders to Discuss Youth Empowerment and Technological Innovation


Manama: Her Highness Shaikha Zain bint Khalid Al Khalifa, Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation (MKF), welcomed Professor Dr. Abdulla Al Hawaj, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Ahlia University, and Professor Mansoor Alaali, President of Ahlia University, in a meeting focused on youth empowerment and strategic collaboration with higher education institutions.



According to Bahrain News Agency, the meeting highlighted Her Highness’s dedication to fostering partnerships that support academic and professional development for young individuals. During the meeting, Professor Alaali presented Her Highness with his book, “Artificial Minds and Digital Souls,” which delves into the future of artificial intelligence and its impact on human civilization amidst rapid technological changes.



Her Highness was also updated on various initiatives by the Foundation’s affiliates. Yaqoob Bu Kamal, a recipient of the Rayaat Scholarship Programme, showcased an artwork titled “Bahraini Pearl,” celebrating the cultural and economic significance of pearls in Bahrain’s history. Meanwhile, Rashid Al Subaie, involved in the Foundation’s youth programs, introduced his project, “Medical Assistant,” an innovative robotic solution designed to aid patients in hospitals by monitoring vital signs and administering medication.



Her Highness expressed pride in the Foundation’s affiliates for their achievements and emphasized the importance of partnerships between private and academic sectors in nurturing the young generation’s potential. She highlighted that such collaborations are crucial for the Kingdom’s sustainable development and the youth’s meaningful contribution to society.
