Alba Facility Targeted in Iranian Attack, Two Employees Injured

Manama: Bahraini daily newspapers today focused on local events that happened over the past 24 hours. Alba confirms its facility was subject to an Iranian attack on Saturday, resulting in two employees sustaining minor injuries. The attack has raised security concerns within the region.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the Interior Ministry reported that the Civil Defence successfully controlled a fire at the facility targeted by the Iranian attack. The attack has prompted the National Command Centre to announce that the Bahrain Defence Force intercepted 20 missiles and 23 drones in the past 24 hours, highlighting the heightened threat level.

In related news, Bahrain has banned the use of drones until further notice as a precautionary measure to prevent further incidents. The incident has drawn attention to the security challenges facing the country and the region.
