The Prime Minister, Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, chaired this evening, Sunday, a meeting of the service and engineering effort for the Al-Ma'mal area of Al-Zawra district, and the areas east of the canal.
During the meeting, Al-Sudani was briefed on the map of Al-Ma'mal area in order to demarcate its administrative borders and prepare the land acquisition for the area.
The Prime Minister instructed the speedy completion of the study of the basic design of the region, the implementation of projects for drinking water, health centers and schools, the facilitation of all procedures related to the matter, and the development of special statements for the areas that need engineering effort work in them.
Al-Sudani directed the service and engineering effort team to work in (17) areas within the borders of the Municipality of Baghdad, located in the regions of Al-Shaab, Bob Al-Sham, Al-Shu'la, Al-Kadhimiya and Al-Rasheed, to which the service effort will be directed sequentially.
Al-Sudani also stressed the need to complete the entrances to Baghdad at the specified times, especially the entrance (Mosul-Baghdad), as it reflects the urban face of the capital, in addition to its importance in relieving the burden of citizens arriving or leaving the capital, Baghdad.
