Manama: Talal Mohammed Al Mannai, Deputy Chairman of the Services Committee at the Shura Council, emphasized that the recent remarks by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa reflect a consistent approach to strengthening the security and stability of Bahrain.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Al Mannai stated that ensuring national sovereignty is a collective responsibility necessitating high awareness and sincere commitment from all citizens. He highlighted the importance of adhering to national principles and enhancing internal cohesion to bolster the state's capacity to address regional challenges.
Al Mannai firmly rejected any leniency towards individuals who have betrayed the nation or failed in their obligations, emphasizing that those who do not uphold their responsibilities are not worthy of Bahraini nationality. He noted that sympathizing with such individuals deviates from national consensus.
He praised the Bahrain Defence Force for their dedication and sacrifices in defending the nation, describing them as a model of commitment in service to the Kingdom. Al Mannai reiterated that His Majesty's remarks echo the nation's voice, underscoring clarity of vision and a consistent approach to safeguarding Bahrain's security and stability. He expressed full support for His Majesty's leadership, pledging continued loyalty and a strong sense of national responsibility to strengthen unity and reinforce the foundations of security and stability in Bahrain.
