Algiers: Talal Al Mannai, a member of Bahrain's Shura Council, participated in a significant meeting of the Political Affairs and Parliamentary Relations Committee, which took place in the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. This gathering was part of the 38th Executive Committee meeting of the Arab Inter-Parliamentary Union (AIPU).
According to Bahrain News Agency, Al Mannai emphasized the Kingdom of Bahrain's steady foreign policy under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, which champions just causes, particularly the Palestinian situation. He articulated that the Bahrain Declaration embodies the Kingdom's vision for coexistence and peace while underscoring its support for Palestinian rights and regional stability.
Al Mannai further elaborated on Bahrain's active participation in parliamentary diplomacy. He urged for enhanced international efforts to safeguard Palestinian rights, highlighting the crucial role of Bahrain's parliament in fostering diplomatic relations.
