Advocate General Fahd Al Bouainain attended the 37th meeting of the Committee for Specialists in the GCC Public Prosecutions, via video conference.
The virtual meeting was attended by the specialised members of the Committee and the GCC General Secretariat.
The committee reviewed a number of topics including; Draft indicative guide for organizing the GCC Public Prosecutions, the guide on procedural controls for modern technology crimes, child protection rules during the investigation stage, cases of immediate payment of proceeds of crimes of a financial nature and financial penalties.
