Manama: His Excellency Isa bin Abdul Rahman Al Hammadi, Advisor for Media Affairs at the Court of the Crown Prince, met with Isa Al Shaiji, Chairman of the Bahrain Journalists Association (BJA), to discuss the role of national media in supporting Bahrain's development.
According to Bahrain News Agency, HE Al Hammadi highlighted the media sector's contribution to raising public awareness and showcasing national achievements, in line with the vision of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister. HE Al Hammadi commended the association's efforts to enhance journalism in Bahrain through initiatives promoting innovation and professionalism.
For his part, Al Shaiji praised the leadership's support of local media, noting their pivotal role in advancing the sector. He also expressed appreciation for HE Al Hammadi's efforts in strengthening media cooperation and affirmed the association's commitment to further developing Bahraini journalism.
