232 days of war on Palestine: martyrs and hunger spreads north of Gaza and overlooks the south


Gaza – Together – Israeli aircraft continued their bombing of various areas of the Gaza Strip on the 232nd day of the war, leaving dozens of martyrs and wounded.

The Israeli occupation committed six massacres against families in the Gaza Strip, claiming 57 martyrs and 93 injuries during the past 24 hours, bringing the toll of the Israeli aggression to 35,857 martyrs and 80,293 injuries.

The occupation closes the crossings and controls them, and the specter of famine has returned once again to the markets of Gaza City and the north.

The government media office in Gaza said that there are no types of vegetables, fruits and meat, and there are only limited quantities of canned goods, which are only some types.

He stressed that the markets are small stalls placed by vendors on top of the rubble of the destroyed markets, and that dozens of stalls that were closed in a previous period due to lack of goods.

He explained that purchasing activity is very weak for two reasons: the lack of goods in addition to the
difficult economic situation of citizens.

The occupation confirmed that no goods have entered the Gaza and northern governorates for about a month, and the population is approaching famine again.

Local and international sources estimate the population in the north at 700,000 citizens.

In the central Gaza Strip,

four citizens were martyred in a bombing that targeted a residential apartment belonging to the Joudeh family in the Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip.

The north of the camp and the vicinity of the electricity company there were subjected to heavy artillery shelling.

Gaza and the North:

The occupation army continues its attack on Jabalia camp in the northern Gaza Strip for the 14th day in a row after the bombing led to the closure of Al Awda and Kamal Adwan Hospital.

An Israeli bombing on Abu Sharar roundabout in the Al-Faluga area, west of Jabalia camp, led to a number of martyrs and injuries, while a Palestinian citizen was martyred in a bombing on Masoud Street in the camp.

Eight chil
dren and women were martyred when the club family’s home was targeted on Jaffa Street behind the Hamza Mosque in Gaza City.

Heavy machine guns fired at the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood and Tal Al-Hawa, south of Gaza City.

South of the Gaza Strip

and in Rafah, the occupation army said that it failed for the second time to assassinate Muhammad Shabana, commander of the Rafah Brigade in the Al-Qassam Brigades, in a raid that led to the injury of a number of citizens.

The sound of explosions resulting from the Israeli bombing of the eastern neighborhoods and the center of the city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip continues, which can be heard in the city of Khan Yunis.

Israel closed the Rafah crossing for the eighteenth day in a row, and for the first time aid was transferred through Kerem Shalom.

In Khan Yunis, five displaced people were injured in a bombing that targeted their tents northwest of Khan Yunis.
