Manama: Ibrahim bin Hassan Al Hawaj, Minister of Works, commended Bahraini engineers for their role in advancing infrastructure and national development under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
According to Bahrain News Agency, marking Bahraini Engineer's Day, Al Hawaj highlighted the sector's achievements in strategic projects, innovative solutions, and enhancing service quality, emphasizing continued investment in training and developing national engineering talent.
Al Hawaj also noted efforts to support young engineers through partnerships with universities and academic institutions, aligning education with labour market needs and fostering practical skills to ensure their active role in sustainable development.
