Manama: Amir Sultanov, Head of the Treaty Law Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, visited the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution (BCDR) to enhance relations and discuss opportunities for cooperation. During the visit, Sultanov was briefed on Bahrain's legal framework for dispute resolution and toured the BCDR's offices and facilities.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Sultanov met with Ali Abdulla Al Aradi, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, and Ahmed Hussain, Chief Executive, where they discussed dispute resolution mechanisms. They highlighted Bahrain's experience in commercial and economic dispute settlement and its cooperation with international institutions.
Both sides expressed interest in exchanging expertise and adopting best practices in dispute resolution to advance their legal and commercial environments. Sultanov was accompanied by Ambassador Dr. Yousef Abdulkarim Bucheeri, Director General of Legal Affairs and Human Rights at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
