Manama: Under the patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, a new military facility at the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) was inaugurated. This event coincided with the celebrations marking the 58th anniversary of the establishment of the BDF.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the inauguration was attended by Lieutenant General Theyab bin Saqr Al Nuaimi, Chief of Staff, who unveiled the commemorative plaque marking the opening of the facility. Following the ceremony, the Chief of Staff conducted an inspection tour of the facility's departments, amenities, and equipment.
The Chief of Staff emphasized that the BDF continues to advance its units with the latest military systems under the patronage of His Majesty the King. This progress is supported by the continuous follow-up of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and Prime Minister, and the directives of Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Commander-in-Chief of the BDF.
