UAE Air Defences Respond to Missile and Drone Threats from Iran


Abu dhabi: The United Arab Emirates announced that its air defence systems are currently dealing with missile attacks and drones coming from Iran, affirming the full readiness of its armed forces to confront these threats and protect the security and stability of its territory.



According to Bahrain News Agency, this came in an urgent statement by the UAE Ministry of Defence, in which it clarified that the sounds heard in various areas across the country are the result of air defence systems intercepting ballistic missiles, and fighter aircraft intercepting and destroying drones and cruise missiles, stressing the continuation of response operations to ensure the safety of all citizens and residents in the country.
