Basra police arrested today, two sides of a quarrel in one of the areas of Qurna district, north of the governorate.
The Basra Governorate Police Command stated in a statement, “After receiving news of a quarrel in one of the areas of Qurna district, immediately the detachments of the Qurna police station, under the command of the station officer, went to the place of the quarrel and imposed a security cordon to pursue and arrest the perpetrators.”
It added, “Through the raids and searches, the “force” was able to arrest two suspects from both sides, and they were referred to the judiciary.
