Two Killed, Eight Injured in Small Plane Crash in California

Manama: Two people were killed and eight others injured after a Cessna 550 aircraft crashed in a military neighbourhood in San Diego, California, US authorities announced on Thursday. The crash ignited fires in homes and vehicles and caused widespread debris across the area.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the Federal Aviation Administration and local police are investigating the incident to determine the cause and the number of people on board. Initial reports indicate the aircraft struck a pole, lost a wing, and crashed onto a house roof, scattering debris into the air.
