Tunis: Tunisia and the Sultanate of Oman have agreed on a joint action plan aimed at strengthening cooperation in multiple sectors.
According to Bahrain News Agency, this new agreement is a result of the Tunisia-Oman Joint Commission meeting, which took place a year and a half ago in Muscat. The outcomes of that meeting are now being finalized, as announced by Mohamed Ali Nafti, the Tunisian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad.
During a press briefing with his Omani counterpart, Badr bin Hamad bin Hamood Albusaidi, Minister Nafti emphasized that the official visit to Tunisia signifies the commitment of both countries' leadership to enhance their bilateral relations. The discussions and agreements are expected to pave the way for future collaboration and mutual development opportunities.
