The Iraqi government, represented by the Ministry of Planning, signed a memorandum of understanding with the Korean government for cooperation in the fields of planning and training.
A statement by the Ministry stated that “the memorandum of understanding was signed on the Iraqi side by the Director General of the Legal Department in the Ministry of Planning, Dr. Hana Ibrahim Ismail.
The statement added, “The memorandum of understanding between the two sides also includes cooperation with the National Center for Administrative Development and Information Technology in the field of capacity development, including the implementation of training courses for senior administrative leaders.”
