Manama: The Labour Fund "Tamkeen" has unveiled the "NextGen Board" initiative, aiming to elevate the leadership skills of young Bahraini employees and instill a culture of innovation within the organization.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the "NextGen Board" is designed to unite talented Tamkeen employees under the age of 30 to spearhead innovative initiatives, focusing on key projects in sustainability and corporate social responsibility. As representatives of the youth, board members will receive training and participate in management meetings, fostering knowledge exchange and professional growth.
The board will also work on practical proposals to enhance sustainability practices within Tamkeen and develop mechanisms to increase employee participation in socially impactful projects, reflecting the organization's commitment to corporate social responsibility.
Eman Al Sharif, the Chief Human Resources Officer at the Labour Fund "Tamkeen," stated, "The launch of this initiative at Tamkeen stems from our deep belief in the young talents within the organization and our recognition of the unique perspectives this group brings to the decision-making process." She emphasized that the initiative aims to establish an institutional model based on forward-thinking and inclusivity, allowing young employees to contribute to shaping strategic directions and building professional networks.
