Manama: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the Syrian Arab Republic: congratulated the Kingdom of Bahrain on its election as a non-permanent member of the United Nations Security Council for 2026 - 2027.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Syrian Arab Republic expressed confidence in Bahrain's ability to make a positive contribution to international peace and security and to represent the Arab world honourably. It also wished Bahrain success in carrying out its responsibilities.
