The House of Representatives decided to stop its ongoing session this morning, Sunday, after the MPs of the Kurdistan Democratic Party bloc objected to passing a majority vote on Article 14 of the draft general budget law, as the second Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Shakhwan Abdullah, left the session hall, resentful about that.
