Manama: Shaikh Khalid bin Ali bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council and President of the Court of Cassation, welcomed the Board of the Bahrain Bar Association and the leaders of delegations attending the First Arab Conference on Law and Advocacy.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Shaikh Khalid bin Ali lauded the Bahrain Bar Association for their role in organizing the conference, which focused on legislative development and modern legal technologies. The Deputy Chairman highlighted the legal profession's pivotal role in achieving justice, emphasizing the importance of enhancing Arab cooperation and sharing expertise in the field of law and legal practice.
Shaikh Khalid further pointed out that digital transformation is now fundamental in legal and judicial work, as it enhances efficiency and accelerates procedures. He stressed the necessity of utilizing modern technologies effectively while establishing the requisite professional safeguards for their proper implementation.
He also underscored the scientific significance of the conference's outcomes and its contribution to supporting professional legal development in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
