Manama: Ahmed bin Salman Al Musallam, Speaker of the Council of Representatives, received Stephanie Hallett, Ambassador of the United States to Bahrain. The two sides emphasised the longstanding strategic partnership between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United States, noting its continuous growth across all sectors and the advancement of mutual interests for both countries and their peoples.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the meeting also emphasised the importance of the parliamentary role and bilateral cooperation in supporting the development of joint areas of work. The Speaker wished the Ambassador success in her diplomatic duties.
