Manama, Ahmed bin Salman Al Musallam, Speaker of the Council of Representatives, sent two cables of congratulations to Valentina Matviyenko, the Chairwoman of the Russian Council of Federation, and Vyacheslav Volodin, the Chairman of the State Duma of Russia, on the Russian National Day.
Al Musallam also sent a similar cable to Aleksei Skosyre, the Russian Ambassador to Bahrain.
