Somalia’s President Hassan Sheikh Mahmoud said that there were no negotiations between the federal government and Al-Shabab militias, Somali National News Agency (SONNA) reported on Tuesday.
The statement came during a speech delivered by President Sheikh Mahmoud on the occasion of the 64th anniversary of Somalia’s independence.
