Manama: Osama bin Saleh Al Alawi, Minister of Social Development, met with Mohammed Zain Al Abedin, General Manager of Zain Bahrain, to discuss means to enhance cooperation within the framework of community partnership.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the General Manager was accompanied by Abdullah Salmeen, Chief Customer Service Officer at Zain Bahrain, and Rana Al Majed, Chief Human Resources Officer at Zain Bahrain. Minister Al Alawi emphasised the importance of reinforcing the partnership between the public and private sectors to serve national priorities. He commended Zain Bahrain's role in supporting community and volunteer programmes and its commitment to enhancing initiatives that benefit various segments of society.
The meeting also reviewed several joint initiatives aimed at serving the community and reflecting the private sector's commitment to corporate social responsibility. On his part, the General Manager expressed his appreciation for Minister Al Alawi and underlined the company's readiness to further develop cooperation with the ministry to meet the community's aspirations and shared goals.
