Manama: In line with the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Bassim bin Yaqoub Al Hamer, President of the Survey and Land Registration Bureau (SLRB), took part in this year's National Tree Week by engaging in a tree-planting activity.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the initiative is part of broader efforts to promote tree planting and care as essential components in achieving environmental balance and reducing carbon emissions. This aligns with Bahrain's vision of reaching carbon neutrality by 2060.
