Marassi galleria: The Social Insurance Organisation (SIO), in collaboration with the Information and eGovernment Authority (iGA) and the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC), has launched a joint awareness platform for comprehensive electronic services at Marassi Galleria. This initiative, which runs from September 27 to October 1, aims to educate the public about social insurance through interactive content that explains rights, duties, and insurance procedures.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the platform enables the public to make enquiries and requests directly, showcases services available via the eKey, and introduces methods for information protection. The overall goal is to enhance awareness of eGovernment and social insurance services while supporting digital transformation efforts.
The awareness platform provides eKey registration, access to informative screens and guides, and direct information from representatives of the participating entities. It is accessible to various groups, including business owners, employees from both public and private sectors, retirees and their eligible family members, as well as young individuals entering the labor market.
The platform welcomes visitors daily from 11 am to 6 pm until October 1 at Marassi Galleria, located at the CinemaGate P2 entrance.
