Manama:Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh, Chairman of the Shura Council, offered his congratulations to MP Jalila Alawi Al Sayed on her recent election as the First Deputy Speaker of the Council of Representatives during the fifth session of the sixth legislative term.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Al Saleh expressed his wishes for Al Sayed's continued success in her national and legislative duties and her contributions to the progress of parliamentary work in Bahrain.
He praised MP Al Sayed's ability to secure the confidence of the majority of the Council's members, acknowledging her dedicated national contributions and her efforts in promoting citizens' interests. Al Saleh also highlighted her commitment to presenting constructive proposals that support Bahrain's ongoing development.
