Manama: Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh, Chairman of the Shura Council, extended congratulations to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa on the occasion of Bahrain Police Day and the 106th anniversary of the founding of Bahrain Police, observed annually on December 14. He expressed pride in the historical significance of the occasion and in the contributions of the Kingdom of Bahrain’s security personnel under the leadership of His Majesty to maintain the nation’s safety and security.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Chairman Al Saleh highlighted that the support given to Bahrain Police by His Majesty the King enables officers to continue their dedicated efforts to enhance security and protect citizens and residents. He commended the police for their readiness and commitment in performing their duties, reflecting the highest values of national service.
He also paid tribute to the fallen servicemen who gave their lives in defence of the nation.
The Shura Council Chairman also extended his congratulations to His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, on the occasion of Bahrain Police Day and the 106th anniversary of the founding of Bahrain Police, recognising His Royal Highness’s efforts to advance and develop the Kingdom’s police system.
He expressed appreciation for the key role of Bahrain Police and all members of the Ministry of Interior in maintaining national security and stability, noting that Bahrain Police Day honours their hard work and dedication, which are essential to the nation’s development, prosperity, and progress.
