Shaikh Khalid bin Abdullah patronizes signing of agreement between BRCS and partners

Board Chairman of Bahrain Red Crescent Society (BRCS), Shaikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa affirmed the significance of promoting partnership between all parties concerned with humanitarian, relief and medical work to benefit from various experiences.

He commended in this respect the role of BRCS at the local, regional and international level in alleviating human suffering and providing services and assistance thanks to its strategic and successful partnerships.

Shaikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa was speaking as he patronized today the signing of a quartet agreement between BRCS, the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI-Bahrain), Jordan Red Crescent Society and Operation Childlife.

The signing was attended by Minister of Health Dr. Jalila bint Al-Sayed Jawad Hasan and relevant officials and invitees.

The agreement aims to boost cooperation between the involved parties in humanitarian and charity activities to benefit people affected by natural disasters and wars and those who need relief and humanitarian aid.

The agreement was signed by BRCS board member Dr. Fawzi Ameen, RCSI-Bahrain President Professor Samir Al-Atoum, Jordan Red Crescent Society Chairman Mohammed Al-Hadid, and Operation Childlife President John Collins.
