Bahrain secured its position as the leading Arab nation in the event, with Winfred Yavi earning a silver medal in the 3000m steeplechase and Salwa Eid Naser clinching a bronze medal in the 400m race.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Shaikh Duaij bin Salman highlighted that these successes are a testament to the unwavering support provided to Bahraini sports by the country's leadership.
