President of the Sustainable Energy Authority (SEA) Dr. Abdul Hussain bin Ali Mirza held a virtual meeting with a delegation from Wood Mackenzie headed by the company’s Director of Consulting team based in the Middle East Shatha Alwardi.
Dr Mirza briefed them on the achievements made in the renewable energy and energy efficiency sector and the strides the Kingdom made in achieving the national goals for both sectors, stressing that the efforts translates His Majesty the King’s keenness to encourage the use of clean energy.
The delegation expressed their desire to cooperate with the SEA and to contribute in clean energy projects and energy efficiency, praising the progress achieved by Bahrain in this field.
