Manama: Aymen bin Tawfeeq Almoayyed, Secretary General of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS), recently had a meeting with Fahad Mohammed Salem bin Kardous Al Ameri, the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to Bahrain. The meeting was also attended by Rawan bint Najeeb Tawfiqi, Minister of Youth Affairs.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the discussions centered around the longstanding relations between Bahrain and the UAE, under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE. The focus was on enhancing collaboration in the sectors of youth and sports, with an emphasis on potential executive agreements and joint projects aimed at empowering the youth and developing the sports sector.
Ambassador Al Ameri underscored the significance of bolstering cooperation between the two nations, highlighting the mutual benefits such partnerships can bring.
