As to the third day, the workshop highlighted the family services provided by various official entities, with a special focus on the best practices, and the successful cases which led to family reconciliation through the SCW’s Women’s Support Centre.

The guide for media coverage of family affairs aims to enhance the media’s role in raising awareness about the concepts and principles of family stability and cohesion, as well as gender balance at the social level.

It also aims to make sure that the media covers family-related topics with a high level of transparency, credibility and professionalism, so as to protect the interests of the family and society, and ensure privacy.
