Manama: Shaikh Abdulrahman bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs (SCIA), received Yusuf bin Saleh Al Saleh, Chairman of the Jaafari Endowments Council, and Abduljalil Ali Al Hayki, Director-General of the Jaafari Endowments Directorate. Shaikh Abdulrahman bin Mohammed congratulated Al Hayki on obtaining the royal trust, wishing him success in carrying out his duties.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the SCIA Chairman commended the efforts of the Chairman and members of the Jaafari Endowments Council in serving the community and developing endowment resources. He emphasized the importance of advancing the endowments' system by adopting best governance practices and promoting transparency. Shaikh Abdulrahman also highlighted the need to utilise modern technologies to enhance the investment and management of endowment assets, noting that such efforts would reinforce values of solidarity and support Bahrain's philanthropic initiatives.
Al Saleh expressed his sincere appreciation to Shaikh Abdulrahman bin Mohammed and the SCIA members for their support and ongoing attention to all endowments affairs. He affirmed the council's commitment to working closely with the Directorate to advance and develop the endowments sector.
Al Hayki also shared his deep pride in the royal trust and valued the chairman's support for endowment affairs, acknowledging his continuous dedication to achieving their noble objectives.
