Riyadh: His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, held a telephone call with Marco Rubio, United States Secretary of State, to discuss the latest regional developments.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the two sides reviewed efforts to ensure the continued opening of the Strait of Hormuz and support the consolidation of the ceasefire in Lebanon. They emphasised the importance of prioritising dialogue and diplomatic solutions to enhance security and stability in the region.
