Riyadh: Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Energy of Saudi Arabia, received Chris Wright, Secretary of Energy of the United States, at the King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center (KAPSARC).
According to Bahrain News Agency, the US Secretary of Energy was briefed on KAPSARC's role in advancing research in energy policy, energy transition, climate change, sustainable transport, and advisory services. The briefing also covered its development of analytical models and tools that contribute to addressing current challenges in the energy sector.
The visit included discussions on opportunities for collaboration in energy research, knowledge exchange, and enhancing joint research efforts.
