Saudi Defense Ministry: Six Drones Intercepted and Destroyed in Riyadh

Riyadh: Spokesperson of the Saudi Ministry of Defense Major General Turki Al Malki stated that six drones were intercepted and destroyed in Riyadh Region, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the operation to intercept and neutralize the drones was carried out by the Saudi military forces. The swift action prevented any potential damage or threat to the region. Major General Al Malki emphasized the readiness and capability of the Saudi defense systems in addressing such incidents.

The report highlighted that the drones were detected as they approached critical areas within the Riyadh Region.
