Saudi Defense Minister Reaffirms Support for Qatar in Call with Qatari Prime Minister

Riyadh: Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Minister of Defense of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, engaged in a telephone conversation with Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar. The primary focus of the call was the recent Israeli attack on Qatari territory, which Saudi Arabia condemned as a criminal act and a violation of international norms.

According to Bahrain News Agency, Prince Khalid expressed Saudi Arabia's unwavering support for Qatar in light of the attack. During the conversation, he underscored the importance of international intervention to halt such violations and advocated for measures to ease regional tensions.
