The leaders held official talks focused on strengthening the strategic partnership between the two nations.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the discussions between HRH the Crown Prince and HE Prime Minister Sharif included a review of the close ties between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. Both sides explored ways to enhance their strategic partnership across multiple areas.
The meeting also involved an exchange of views on regional and international developments. The leaders discussed issues of common interest and efforts aimed at achieving security and stability.
A significant outcome of the talks was the signing of a Strategic Mutual Defence Agreement between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan, marking a notable step in their bilateral relations.
